SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday (orders are not shipped on holidays or Sundays). 

 

 

Shipping is provided via USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Please allow extra processing and shipping time due to COVID-19.

Damage/Lost Packages

Lash Girl Extensions LLC is not responsible for any lost packages, stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at lashgirlextensions@gmail.com Please do so within 24 hours of placing an order, if not your order will be shipped to the original address. Packages confirmed as delivered, but not received is the customers responsibility to locate. 

 

If an item is defective upon arrival please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return via email: lashgirlextensions@gmail.com asap. 

 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at lashgirlextensions@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. For further assistance please contact your local post office.
